Each therapist we’ve chosen to practice here was selected because they are the best at what they do! Our physios all have excellent clinical knowledge, great hands and an attitude of truly wanting you to reach your optimum levels of health.

Neil Bell

DIRECTOR AND PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Neil holds a Physiotherapy degree from the University of Queensland and a degree in Exercise Science from Queensland University of Technology. Neil is passionate about helping his patients in everything from General Physio, to Headache and Migraine treatment. He has been treating our wonderful Mount Tamborine community since 2005 and with his wife Rebecca, has opened our clinic in April 2012.

DIRECTOR AND WOMEN’S HEALTH, PAEDIATRIC, AND VESTIBULAR PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Rebecca also holds a degree from University of Queensland in Physiotherapy, and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Rehabilitation from Flinders University, and has undertaken extensive post- graduate education in special interest areas ever since. While spending many years working for QLD Health, Rebecca headed the development of QLD Health’s Transition Care Program, and now enjoys providing local services in areas normally not found in small practice.

Hayden-Buckman

Hayden Buckman

DIRECTOR & PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Hayden is the clinical lead at Physique Health Physiotherapy and is passionate about mentoring young physiotherapists to be the best they can be. Hayden has a Masters of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Griffith University on the Gold Coast. He believes strongly in an individual approach to physiotherapy, where each patient gets the specific help they need to get to the finish line. Hayden has a special interest in Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy as well as neurological rehabilitation physiotherapy - he is extremely passionate about making a large difference in the lives of people who need it most. Hayden loves managing a broad range of complex complaints from elite athletes, weekend warriors and everything in between.

DIRECTOR & PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Jess has a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Masters of Physiotherapy from Griffith University on the Gold Coast. She has a special interest in women’s health and vestibular physiotherapy but thoroughly enjoys treating general musculoskeletal conditions especially headaches and migraine. Jess is passionate about enhancing the accessibility of women's health on the mountain. She enjoys connecting with her patients and building relationships to turn healthcare into a comfortable, exciting and enjoyable experience.

STEVEN-SCHAMBUR

Steven Schamburg

GENERAL, SPORTS AND PAIN MANAGEMENT PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Steve graduated from the University of Queensland as a physiotherapist in 1995. He has treated an enormous variety of conditions and has worked as a physiotherapist with elite Australian Rules and soccer teams. He believes that successful treatment also depends on a thorough understanding of a patient’s condition and the impact it has on their life. He has a special interest in neuroscience with a focus on chronic pain, spinal conditions and musculoskeletal injuries.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Matt graduated from Griffith university with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Master of Physiotherapy. He is passionate about imparting his knowledge to those within the community to help people reach their goals. Matt believes it is not only important to reduce pain and improve function, but also to build a robust version of yourself to enable a great quality of life. Matt has a keen focus on long term solutions and ensures that not just the symptoms, but also the root cause is addressed and treated.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST & PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Robyn has a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland. She has worked in many different settings around Australia & overseas including hospitals, private clinics & for the defence force. With a wide range of experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions, her passion is to help people of all ages & abilities to achieve their goals, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic conditions or wanting to prevent pain/injury. She has a special interest in Pilates exercises & thoroughly enjoys instructing individual strength & movement programs & small group classes so people can move well, stay well & enjoy their life to the fullest.

Jacqui Graf

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Jacqui is passionate about helping those of all abilities maintain a pain free lifestyle and relishes in helping people identify and achieve their health goals. Jacqui enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with a “hands on" therapy approach. Jacqui has completed extensive post-graduate study in women's health physiotherapy and loves helping women with incontinence, pelvic pain, as well as pre & post natal physiotherapy. Jacqui has competed at an elite level of hockey and studied a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Griffith University.

Caitlin French

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Caitlin has a passion for Musculoskeletal and Paediatrics physiotherapy. She became a physio to help people and make a difference in the community which is why she finds paediatric physio so fulfilling. She is currently running our satellite clinic based in Jimboomba with paediatric and NDIS clients. When on the mountain she loves interacting with a wide range of people in the community and working on musculoskeletal and rehabilitation needs. Caitlin believes in a holistic approach to therapy and treating beyond pain so that her patients leave stronger and better than before their injury. Whether it is through pilates, strength and conditioning or even horse riding, she is able to adapt targeted rehabilitation to your passions. She is highly enthusiastic about making a difference in people’s lives and is a key asset to the community. Caitlin has a a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Griffith University on the Gold Coast.

Annie Hayes

PHYSIOTHERAPIST & PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Annie is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals and supporting them in returning to their full function. Annie enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and embraces a holistic approach combined with tailored treatment plans, to help achieve the best outcomes for all her patients. Annie has an interest in Pilates based exercise and helping her patients feel stronger to maintain a good quality of life. Annie has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University.

David is a true Tamborine Mountain local and takes immense pride and joy in providing excellent care while at Physique. David has a lot of experience managing a wide array of conditions from backs to ankles, knees to shoulders and everything in between! Dave uses hands on therapy and exercise in his treatment approach to help you be your best.
